Summary of Report.
Experiences from a treatment center in Denmark are presented.
The concept is based on a multidisciplinary approach involving orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment, and oral and maxillo-facial surgery including oral rehabilitation with osseointegrated implants.

One hundred and seven registered patients with oligodontia (i.e. six or more congenital missing permanent teeth, third molars not included) have until now been referred for treatment.
The coordinated treatment planning together with the applied orthodontic, surgical and prosthodontic procedures are described. The concept has been used since 1997. Twenty-seven patients have ended the treatment; fifty-two patients are still in some kind of treatment schedule, and 28 patients are under observation during continued growth.
