Sinus augmentation combined with
onlay/inlay grafted from chin

1.The chin graft.
Prior to procedure evaluate the thickness of cortical bone on chine and the inclination of lower incisors (lateral radiograph) and measure the the vertical height from apical area of lower incisors to the lower border of mandible (orthopanoramic radiograph corrected for magnification). Measure the amount of bone plate needed in the recipient area.
