10. Suturing.

It may be necessary to perform a minor gingival plastic around the trans gingival part of the implant to obtain a optimal tight closure of soft tissue.

11. Impression.

A custom-made tray is used for the impression procedure. We leave the transfer copings mounted on the implants as healing abutments and use four other transfer copings for the laboratory procedure. We avoid further instrumentation between the wound margins and the risk of interference with soft tissue when sealing screws have to be placed on the implant instead of the transfer copings.
