Treatment plan:
Purpose:
Restore chewing capacity and molar support in right side. Distance from lower right canine to mesial aspect of second upper molar measure 25 mm. It is necessary to restore the lower occlusal support with a width of at least 27 mm to avoid overeruption of upper second molar.
Implant supported bridge in edentulous area:
Three teeth bridge on three implants approximal width 25 mm
One implant 3.8 15 mm region of first bicuspid.
One implant 4.5 13 mm region of second bicuspid
One implant 5.5 15 mm rigion of first molar
Implant placed 4 mm 11 mm & 20(21) mm from lower cuspid.

Supposed placement of implants.
Due to short interocclusal distance the crown width of the lower right bicuspids will look broad.
Study models and a preliminary wax-up will determine the extent of the problem.
A surgical template will finally be made.
