Preoperative preparation.
Patient has accepted to strengthen the oral hygiene after instruction and the oral hygiene was improved.
We do not accept periodontal pockets more than 4 mm in this age group before surgery.
Root canal treatment was not possible and resection of root tip with filling was performed of first upper left bicuspid. First lower left molar is observed as an increased width of periodontal membran is seen at root tip, however scar tissue is suspected as symptoms has never been present and clinical examination is normal.
Patient ready for surgery after 6 weeks.
