• Admission terms
To obtain access to Dental-Oracle’s VIP area you must either be a professional dentist or work in the field of dentistry. Only practicing professionals can be listed under the Dentist Guide.

To secure observance of the admission terms above you will be asked to state information on your professional affiliation/ educational background when you fill out the registration form.

Science Communication Service reserves the right to make inquiries about your reference information without further notification.

• Purview
When you have filled out the registration form, you will receive a username and password that gives you access to the VIP area.

If you loose your username and password contact Science Communication Service immediately.

Science Communication Service takes no responsibility for any misuse of your personal username and password.

• Content instructions
If you wish to add further information to your on-line practice presentation, please observe the content instructions listed below.

Your practice presentation may contain the following information:
• Name(s) of affiliated staff
• Position/Title
• Practice name
• Address
• Phone number, fax number, e-mail address,
• Surgery hours (including holiday closures etc.)
• Gender and age
• Educational background
• CV (including in-service courses)
• Handicap accommodations
• Affiliation to public health insurance
• Examination and treatment methods*)
• Waiting time

*) It is only allowed to present examination- and treatment methods such as "digital radioscopy", "implant treatment", "parodontal surgery" or similar information that refers to actual examination- or treatment methods.
It is not allowed to refer to particular fields of interest or specialised working areas such as "cosmetic dental care" or e.g. "paediatric dental care".

All information presented under Dental-Oracle’s Practice Presentation must be factual, sober and adequate.

The above instructions are based on law on Advertising for Health Services no. 463, §3, 10th June 1997, Denmark.

The responsibility for observing the above content instructions rests with the holder of the personal username and password.

Science Communication Service reserves the right to sanction any information that appears to conflict with the above content instructions or current laws without further notification.
Science Communication Service can not be made responsible for any misleading information presented under Dental-Oracle’s on-line practice presentation.

• Payment terms
When you have filled out the registration form you will be asked to state your choice of payment. The subscription fee can be paid by either bank transfer or credit card.

New subscribers
Final date for payment is 14 days after you have registered. If Science Communication Service has not received your subscription fee within the final payment date, your username and password will be annulled.

Regular subscribers

If your payment is delayed you will receive a reminder. If Science Communication Service has not received your subscription fee within 21 days, your username and password will be annulled. If you wish to renew your subscription after the final payment date, a new installation fee will be charged.

To cancel your subscription, please give 30 days notice.
